The Opportunity

We are looking for a dynamic and driven Commercial Banking Relationship Manager to join our Mumbai team. In this pivotal role, you will build and nurture long-term relationships with medium-sized businesses, delivering tailored financial solutions that enable growth and success.

What You'll Do

Acquire and onboard new business clients while deepening relationships with existing ones.

Understand client needs to provide customized credit, treasury, and banking solutions.

Cross-sell a wide range of banking products to maximize client value.

Ensure superior client satisfaction through proactive engagement.

Collaborate with internal teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.

Conduct financial analysis and risk assessments to support credit decisions.

What We're Looking For

Proven experience in Relationship Management / Commercial Banking.

Strong interpersonal, communication, and client engagement skills.

In-depth knowledge of banking products, credit, and treasury solutions.

Proficiency in financial analysis, risk assessment, and portfolio management.

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.

Well-organized, self-driven, and a strong team player.

Sound understanding of the Mumbai market and Indian financial ecosystem.
