About Foundation for Capability Building (FCB) – LEAAD

Foundation for Capability Building (FCB) – LEAAD is a non-profit organization dedicated to fostering leadership development among adolescents and young individuals. Through structured leadership training programs, interactive workshops, and experiential learning camps. Our programs are designed to help participants develop essential life skills such as decision-making, critical thinking, teamwork, and social responsibility.

Before COVID-19, LEAAD was a well-known name in schools across Vadodara for its impactful leadership training sessions and camps. Thousands of students have benefitted from our initiatives, which have shaped them into capable and confident young leaders. Over the past two years, we have extended our reach through CSR collaborations with organizations like Polycab and GSFC, delivering social impact projects and leadership development initiatives.

Now, we are expanding our efforts to rebuild and enhance our programs, reaching more students and institutions, while also launching the LEAAD Leadership Series to provide continuous leadership learning experiences.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Program Coordinator who will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing leadership programs, workshops, and outreach activities. This role requires someone who is proactive, organized, and passionate about leadership development.

Key Responsibilities

 Program Planning & Execution – Oversee the design, implementation, and execution of leadership training programs and workshops.

 Curriculum & Content Development – Assist in developing training materials, activities, and learning modules.

 Event Coordination – Organize and manage leadership camps, competitions, and interactive learning sessions.

 Stakeholder Communication – Coordinate with students, parents, schools, trainers, and corporate partners.

 Impact Analysis & Reporting – Collect data, track participant progress, and prepare impact reports.

 Social Media & Outreach – Work on content creation, promotions, and engagement strategies.

 Team Collaboration – Support trainers, volunteers, and interns to ensure smooth execution of programs.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Master's degree in Social Work, Management, or a related field (Fresher can apply).

Strong organizational & coordination skills with an ability to multitask.

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Creativity & Canva skills for designing training materials and social media content.

Excellent communication skills (written & verbal) in English, Gujarati & Hindi (preferred).

Social Media Knowledge – Experience in content creation and engagement is a plus.

Passion for youth leadership development & training.
