Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Lead Java Developer and Team Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of successfully leading projects.

This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure project goals are met and compliance standards are maintained.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and support software applications, database integration, interfaces, and new functionality enhancements
  • Coordinate with team members to deliver high-quality projects on time
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to the improvement of coding standards
  • Support test and deployment of new products and features
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of relevant work experience in Java programming language
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science (or related field)
  • Well-versed working with Restful web services
  • Expertise in Object-Oriented Design, Database Design, and XML Schema
  • Experience with Agile or Scrum software development methodologies
  • Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
