The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree with 10 to 15 years of experience in manufacturing environments, knowledge of scheduling and production control processes, and experience in Lean manufacturing or Six Sigma.

  • Developing programs, projects, goals, and metrics to lead the organization to operational excellence
  • Ensuring efficient production results
  • Coordinating and managing plant equipment, personnel, and production processes
