Job Description:
We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Media Production Associate that work for our brands from conception to completion of Media requirements.
Creativity, innovation, and a passion for leveraging AI tools in their work are essential qualities we seek. The candidate should possess expertise in photography and videography, along with proficiency in editing to create visually captivating and engaging video content.
Experience: 3 to 6 years
Responsibilities:
Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality photos and videos for various marketing purposes, including but not limited to social media, website, email, and promotional campaigns.
Manage all aspects of Video production from planning the pre-production, on-site production and postproduction.
Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements and develop creative concepts for video content that align with our brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
Utilize AI tools and technologies to enhance and streamline the video creation process, such as video editing software with AI-powered features.
Stay updated with the latest video trends and advancements in AI technologies, and proactively incorporate them into video content creation.
Work independently to manage and prioritize multiple video projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality videos.
Provide feedback and recommendations on video concepts, scripting, and editing, and iterate videos based on feedback received.
Take ownership of the entire video content creation process, from preproduction to final delivery, ensuring that all videos are visually appealing, engaging, and aligned with the brand's identity.
Requirements:
3 to 6 years of proven experience as a Video production specialist, content creator or similar role with a strong portfolio showcasing creative and engaging video content.
Proficient in video shooting and editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Editing software or other relevant software.
Familiarity with AI tools and technologies for video content creation, such as AI-powered video editing features or video automation tools.
Strong understanding of video storytelling, composition, lighting, and audio production.
Ability to shoot and edit both photos and videos and create visually appealing content.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently and collaborate with a team.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meet deadlines, and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure consistent brand representation in all video content.
Bachelor's degree in film production, Video Editing, or a related field is preferred.
