About the Role:
ekamāthra is seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Social Media Marketing Intern to join our dynamic team. As a Social Media Marketing Intern, you will play a key role in executing social media marketing campaigns, creating, editing and managing ads, tracking performance metrics, and optimizing campaigns for maximum effectiveness. This role offers valuable hands-on experience in social media marketing within the fashion industry while working closely with our core team.
Key Responsibilities:
Execute social media marketing campaigns across various platforms, including Meta, Twitter and LinkedIn.
Manage social media ads and budgets, including ad targeting, and monitoring performance to achieve campaign objectives.
Keep up-to-date with social media trends, conduct research, gather data, and identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.
Track and analyze key performance metrics, including engagement, reach, conversion rates, and ROI, to measure the success of campaigns.
Utilize social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and analytics platforms (e.g., Meta Insights) to track and report on campaign performance.
Collaborate with the core team to develop strategies for increasing brand awareness, engagement, and online presence through social media.
Stay informed about emerging social media platforms, trends, and best practices to incorporate innovative strategies into ekamathra's digital marketing efforts.
Requirements:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
Strong passion for social media marketing, digital advertising, and the fashion industry.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to gather, analyze, and interpret data to inform decision-making and optimization strategies.
Proficiency in using social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and analytics platforms (e.g., Meta Insights).
Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Prior experience or coursework in social media marketing, digital advertising, or data analysis is a plus.
