Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and creative Social Media Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for social media and a strong understanding of how to leverage various platforms to drive engagement, build brand awareness, and generate leads. The Social Media Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing social media marketing campaigns, creating engaging content, and monitoring social media channels to interact with our audience and respond to inquiries.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement social media marketing strategies to achieve company goals and objectives.
  • Create engaging and relevant content for social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  • Manage social media accounts, including daily posting, monitoring, and engagement with followers.
  • Analyze social media metrics and performance data to track the effectiveness of campaigns and identify opportunities for optimization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align social media efforts with overall marketing initiatives and campaigns.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in social media marketing, and recommend new strategies and tactics to reach target audiences.
  • Monitor social media channels for brand mentions, feedback, and customer inquiries, and respond in a timely and professional manner.
  • Coordinate with influencers and partners to amplify brand messaging and reach new audiences.
  • Support the development of social media advertising campaigns, including targeting, ad creative, and budget management.
  • Assist with community management and moderation of user-generated content on social media platforms.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience preferred.
  • Proven experience working in social media marketing, with a strong portfolio demonstrating successful campaigns and content creation.
  • In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices for organic and paid marketing.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling and engaging content for social media posts, ads, and captions.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and metrics to inform decision-making and optimize campaign performance.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to generate new ideas and innovative approaches to social media marketing.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment, with strong project management skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience with social media management tools and analytics platforms such as Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, or similar tools.
  • Passion for social media and staying ahead of trends in the digital marketing landscape.
