Must have experience in business development in Europe, US Client Relationship Serve as the primary point of contact for clientsContinual engagement and follow-through with clients for maintaining and enhancing the business opportunitiesCommunicate client inquiries and manage expectations effectively.Proactively identify opportunities to enhance client satisfaction and generate repeat business. Act as a focal point to ensure customer complaints are resolved in a timely and effective mannerPresent new products and services to enhance existing relationshipsWork with technical staff and other internal colleagues to meet specific customer needsShare any change in customer landscape with Management along with identified opportunitiesNew Customer Acquisition for Existing Products.Research and build relationships with new clientConduct market mapping to identify potential business opportunities in assigned geographies with opportunities in any new | related productsUnderstand the target markets, including industry, company, project, company contacts and possible market strategies that can be used by sales team to attract clientsScreens potential clients by analyzing markets, client potential & financials;

evaluate options; understands internal priorities and recommends new opportunitiesUndertake business intelligence initiatives viz. researching the industry scenario, drivers of business segment, identifying potential clients | customers | decision-makers in the client organizationProvide inputs to senior management related to information of market and competitorsPresent an image of the organization that corresponds to its strategy & plans and is in line with the expectations of the clientFacilitate meetings | discussions between internal functions and new clientsParticipate in the pricing process and use appropriate methods to develop better pricing modelsManage client discussions by clarifying, emphasizing agreements, and work towards aligning thoughts & expectations to achieve a positive conclusionTrack and record activity of key clients and submit reports to aid decision-making for new | existing business partnership
