Associate Director/Director - IT Recruitment (product)
Role Description:
We are looking for a highly skilled professional to lead Delivery - Talent acquisition and people management within our organization. This role demands expertise in P&L management, client engagement, and team leadership , ensuring seamless operations and high performance. The ideal candidate will drive service excellence , maintaining a deep market understanding to align delivery with client expectations. Building and nurturing strong client relationships will be a top priority, ensuring talent solutions meet business needs. Additionally, they will foster a high-performing and collaborative team culture , driving consistency in results and efficiency.
Key Focus Areas:
- Talent Acquisition – Product IT: Ensure the right talent is sourced, screened, and placed for high-impact product IT roles.
- Strategic Hiring & Delivery: Align hiring strategies with business goals, optimizing talent acquisition for long-term success.
- People & Team Growth: Foster a culture of mentorship, training, and continuous development to drive team performance.
- Client-Centric Approach: Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring recruitment solutions align with business needs.
- Performance & Team Management: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), enhance productivity, and maintain operational excellence.
- Change & Stakeholder Management: Lead change management initiatives, collaborating with key stakeholders to improve processes and efficiency.
Required Experience: 9 - 12 years
Qualifications
- Extensive experience in technical recruitment , ideally within software product development companies .
- Proven ability to manage and lead high-performing teams, drive KPI achievement, and oversee P&L.
- Strong understanding of client needs and delivery of tailored solutions.
- Strong professional network and relationships within the recruitment industry.
- High energy, self-motivation, and a results-driven mindset.
