The role needs you to work closely with the Lead of Strategy, Group Account Manager, Co-Founders and other team leads to help push the creative boundaries of the agency output for existing clients and new business opportunities. This role also needs you to mentor direct reports, creates a supportive culture and encourages people to consistently excel.
