About Ambak:-

Ambak is a fast-growing financial services organization, expanding rapidly in the Home Loan & Loan Against Property (LAP) space. We are looking for dynamic sales leaders to join our Bangalore team and drive growth in the mortgage business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and drive business for Home Loans & Loan Against Property through direct sourcing, DSAs, agents, and connectors.
  • Lead, manage, and mentor a field sales team for consistent performance.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly disbursement targets (510 Cr+).
  • Build and maintain a strong local market network.
  • Ensure smooth end-to-end loan processing, from lead generation to disbursement.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 38 years of proven experience in Home Loan / LAP / Mortgage Sales.
  • Strong record of achieving 5–10 Cr+ monthly disbursements.
  • Prior team-handling experience in field sales is mandatory.
  • Excellent market knowledge and strong DSA/connector relationships in Bangalore.
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and relationship-focused professional.
