Job Summary:

We are hiring a motivated Inside Sales Representative (SDR) to identify, engage, and qualify leads for our advanced woodworking and automation machinery. The ideal candidate will have a background in technical sales and familiarity with tools like CRM or ERP software for sales tracking and communication.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify potential customers across Gujarat and Rajasthan in the woodworking, modular furniture, and panel processing sectors.

Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, client visits, email campaigns, and trade show participation.

Promote products like CNC Routers, Beam Saws, Panel Saws, Multi Boring Machines, CNC 6-Side Drilling Machines, Cold Press, and Automatic Edge Blenders.

Understand customer requirements and pass qualified leads to senior sales or technical teams.

Maintain and update lead status in CRM/ERP systems for regular follow-up and reporting.

Coordinate demos, site visits, and follow-ups with prospects and internal teams.

Prepare sales reports and assist with market intelligence.

Required Skills:

Strong communication and client engagement skills

Good understanding of technical products or willingness to learn industrial machinery sales

Self-driven with the ability to travel frequently within Gujarat and Rajasthan

Basic knowledge of CRM software, ERP systems, or sales tracking tools is a strong advantage

Experience working with B2B clients in manufacturing or machinery preferred

Qualifications:

Graduate or Diploma in Engineering, Business, or Marketing

Minimum 1 year of experience in inside sales, field sales, or lead generation

Technical sales background or experience in industrial machinery is a plus
