Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Process Consultant located in Ahmedabad. The Business Process Consultant will be responsible for analyzing and improving business processes, managing business process projects, and providing expert consulting services. Daily tasks include conducting process evaluations, identifying areas for improvement, developing and implementing strategies for optimization, and collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure seamless operations and enhanced efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Business Process Improvement and Business Process Management
  • Proficiency in Business Process analysis and optimization techniques
  • Strong Analytical Skills for evaluating and interpreting business data
  • Experience in Consulting with a focus on delivering tailored business solutions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in the MSME sector is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field; advanced degree preferred
