Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Change Management Consultant, located in Ahmedabad. The Change Management Consultant will be responsible for facilitating and managing business transformation projects. Daily tasks include consulting with clients, analyzing business processes, developing change management strategies, and communicating effectively with stakeholders. The consultant will also support clients in implementing industry best practices, managing change, and improving overall business performance.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Business Transformation and Management Consulting
  • Strong Analytical Skills and ability to analyze business processes
  • Proficient in Consulting practices and methodologies
  • Excellent Communication skills and ability to communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders
  • Ability to work on-site in Ahmedabad
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
  • Experience in the MSME sector is a plus
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
