Job SummaryWe are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented fresher to join our team as a Proposal Writer. The ideal candidate will assist in creating compelling, customized proposals and bid documents that align with client requirements and company objectives.

Key ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with the business development and sales teams to understand project requirements.Research, gather, and analyze information to tailor proposals to client needs.Write, edit, and format proposals, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and adherence to guidelines.Ensure timely submission of proposals and manage proposal timelines effectively.Maintain and update a repository of proposal templates, case studies, and references.Review and incorporate feedback to refine proposal content continuously.

Required Skills and QualificationsEducational Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong research and analytical abilities.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred SkillsFamiliarity with proposal writing or bid management processes (training will be provided).Basic understanding of the industry or domain you will be writing for.
