Job Title: Proposal Writer (Fresher)

Location: Thane

Employment Type: Full-Time

Shift Timing : Night Shift

Compensation : Fixed Salary (Including PF) + Incentives & + Free meal + Medical Insurance, Pick and Drop facility.

Workdays: 5 days (Monday - Friday)

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented fresher to join our team as a Proposal Writer. The ideal candidate will assist in creating compelling, customized proposals and bid documents that align with client requirements and company objectives.


Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the business development and sales teams to understand project requirements.
  • Research, gather, and analyze information to tailor proposals to client needs.
  • Write, edit, and format proposals, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and adherence to guidelines.
  • Ensure timely submission of proposals and manage proposal timelines effectively.
  • Maintain and update a repository of proposal templates, case studies, and references.
  • Review and incorporate feedback to refine proposal content continuously.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong research and analytical abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.


Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with proposal writing or bid management processes (training will be provided).
  • Basic understanding of the industry or domain you will be writing for.
