And we need the right people to keep the fire burning — that’s where you come in.The Role:We’re on the lookout for a go-getter HR Recruiter who can handle hiring for everything — from store staff to production teams to mid- and senior-level roles. If you love connecting people with the right opportunities and want to be part of a legacy brand with startup energy, this one’s for you.What You’ll Be Doing:Own the full recruitment process — sourcing, screening, interviews & onboarding.Recruit across verticals: Retail, Production, Admin, and Corporate.Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs.Maintain a healthy talent pipeline for current & future roles.Keep the hiring process smooth, fast & people-friendly.Maintain recruitment MIS and reports.You Should Have:Experience in recruitment (bonus points if from FMCG, retail, or manufacturing).Sourcing ninja skills — from portals to LinkedIn to good ol’ referrals.Strong people skills — you’re approachable, organized, and persistent.The ability to juggle multiple roles without losing your cool.A degree in HR, Business Admin, or a related field.Important Notes:This is an on-site role — work from our Vadodara head office.We’re only considering candidates based in or around Vadodara at this time.What’s in It for You:A chance to grow with a beloved heritage brand that’s constantly evolving.A fun, collaborative and growth-driven work culture.Competitive salary & real responsibility from Day 1.
