Responsibility:Identify and implement efficient and effective recruiting methods based on the available role and the needs of the organization
- Assist with the interview process, attend and conduct interviews with stakeholders
- Attend and participate in college job fairs and recruiting sessions

Ability to create and implement sourcing strategies for recruitment of various roles

**Required Skills**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
