Role & responsibilities

1). Overall responsibility for project planning, monitoring, execution of work, quality assurance, certification of contractors bill.

2). Day-to-day support activities, including administrative support, communication efforts, Scheduling, and supporting basic office management activities for the organization.

3). Maintaining project budgets, monitoring, change orders and evaluates progress payments.

4). Assigning, coordinating, supervises and evaluates the work of team of engineers.

5). Providing technical input for methodologies of construction & coordination

with site management activities.

Preferred candidate profile

We require a GM (civil construction) to oversee planning, execution of Construction activities having 15-18 years experience, preferably working with Civil contractor (Not Builder or Developer)
