About the Opportunity
Are you a visionary SRE leader ready to pioneer reliability in a high-stakes HealthTech environment? What We're Looking For
- Experience That Counts: 10+ years in software engineering or related fields; 5+ years leading engineering teams; 2+ years hands-on with Dynatrace (admin, deployment). Proven track record in DevSecOps, cloud principles, and driving projects in dynamic environments.
- Preferred Expertise: Proficiency in Python, Go, or Bash; IaC tools like Terraform/CloudFormation; Linux admin, networking; Docker/Kubernetes; familiarity with IIS, HTML, Java, JBoss. Experience in healthcare/ITIL/ServiceNow/Jira/Confluence is a plus.
- Skills & Mindset: Exceptional communication, leadership, and mentorship abilities. Strong in programming, project management, and metrics-driven decision-making. Bring empathy, humility, and a passion for innovation – always doing the right thing while improving how we build.
- Education & Certifications: Bachelor's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related (advanced degree preferred). Preferred certs: Dynatrace, AWS/Azure/GCP, Chaos Engineering, Agile (SAFe).
