We are a unique hospitality sales and marketing company with focus on high quality membership product sales and lead generation activity. We work with brands like Marriott Hotels, Radisson Hotels and Chalet Hotels etc and also are also representatives for Marriott Vacation Club in India.


Role Description


This is an exciting full-time, on-site role located in Hyderabad for a Package Sales Specialist. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, developing relationships with them on the phone and closing deals. Candidates should be able to understand and expand customer needs, holiday patterns and provide appropriate holiday solutions from our portfolio of offerings. The calls are made only to high net-worth individuals. The goal is to contribute to the company's revenues by securing successful deals. Our primary sales roles include sales for leading hotel memberships and preview holiday package sales for Marriott Vacation Club


Qualifications

  • Proven work experience as a Sales Specialist or similar role
  • Hands-on experience with CRM software and MS Excel
  • Be able to work and close deals on the phone
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented and excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision and as part of a team
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience preferred
