We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Ecommerce Specialist to join our rapidly growing team. As an Ecommerce Specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving online sales, optimizing the user experience, and managing our e-commerce platform.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Manage and optimize product listings on Amazon Seller Central and Shopify.
  • Oversee the complete management of the Shopify store, including inventory, orders, and customer service.
  • Develop and execute Amazon advertising strategies to increase product visibility and sales.
  • Create and enhance A+ content to improve customer engagement and product detail page conversion.
  • Write compelling product descriptions that highlight benefits and key features.
  • Provide technical support for the Amazon and Shopify platforms, resolving issues that may impact product listings or sales.
  • Analyze performance metrics and implement improvements to drive business growth on these platforms.


Required Qualifications:


  • Proven experience managing Amazon Seller Central and Shopify.
  • Strong understanding of Amazon Ads and marketplace algorithms.
  • Experience in creating A+ content and optimizing product listings.
  • Excellent writing skills for crafting effective product descriptions.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and provide technical support for e-commerce platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
