We are digital multimodal forwarder providing transportation services worldwide, as well as services in the field of project logistics of any complexity, dimensions, and tonnage.
Responsibilities:
- Understand client requirements and develop tailored solutions to meet their logistics needs effectively.
- Building a collaborative relationship with dealers, suppliers, contractors and partners.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, serving as the main point of contact for their needs and inquiries.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitors' activities to anticipate client needs and market changes.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in client relationship management in the logistics or transportation industry.
- Ability to maintain open communication between project participants and stakeholders
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Creative problem-solving and a passion for exceeding expectations.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
