  • Building a collaborative relationship with dealers, suppliers, contractors and partners.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, serving as the main point of contact for their needs and inquiries.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitors' activities to anticipate client needs and market changes.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in client relationship management in the logistics or transportation industry.
  • Ability to maintain open communication between project participants and stakeholders
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Creative problem-solving and a passion for exceeding expectations.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
