Key responsibilities: 1. Meet business owners and founders to pitch HR & compliance services. 2. Generate leads, schedule meetings, and close new client accounts. 3. Attend local business events and networking forums in Gurgaon & Delhi NCR. 4. Work directly with the leadership team and learn full-cycle B2B sales. Requirements Who you are: 1-2 years of sales / business development experience (B2B preferred). Excellent communication & presentation skills. Passionate about startups, people, and growth.
