Job Description
Key Responsibilities :

  • Design, develop, and customize ERPNext applications tailored to the specific requirements of internal stakeholders.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including consultants and stakeholders, to build robust and efficient ERP solutions.
  • Translate business requirements into scalable and maintainable technical solutions.
  • Develop custom modules, features, and enhancements within the ERPNext platform using Frappe framework.
  • Integrate ERPNext with third-party applications and other systems to optimize data flow and business processes.
  • Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure code quality, performance, and adherence to best practices.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive testing strategies to maintain solution stability and reliability.
  • Maintain detailed technical documentation including code comments, technical specifications, and

deployment guides.

  • Collaborate effectively with project managers, consultants, QA teams, and other stakeholders to deliver successful projects.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and ERPNext platform advancements to drive continuous improvements and Skills and Qualifications :
  • 4 to 10 years of professional experience as a Frappe Developer with hands-on experience in ERPNext customization.
  • Strong proficiency in Frappe framework development.
  • Expertise in front-end technologies : JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap, HTML, and CSS.
  • Experience with version control systems, preferably Git.
  • Solid problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with internal stakeholders and team members.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience working in ERPNext implementation or support projects.
  • Familiarity with Python and backend Frappe framework Knowledge of database management and SQL.
