Full Stack Developer (Frappe Cloud & Infrastructure)

Location: Noida (Onsite / Hybrid)

Experience: 4–6 years

Position: Team Lead

About the Role :

We're looking for a Full Stack Developer who's excited about working with the Frappe/ERPNext ecosystem and enjoys building applications end-to-end. This role is mainly about writing great code (around 70%) — creating modules, customising Frappe apps, and crafting clean, responsive frontends. At the same time, you should feel comfortable rolling up your sleeves to manage the infrastructure (around 30%) that keeps Frappe Cloud running smoothly on AWS and Kubernetes.

If you like switching between coding, solving business problems, and keeping systems stable in production, this role is for you.

What You'll Do:

  • Build and customise apps on Frappe/ERPNext (backend and frontend).
  • Create responsive, user-friendly UIs with Frappe, Vue.js (preferred), HTML, CSS, and JS.
  • Extend and enhance Frappe's web forms, dashboards, and portals.
  • Work with APIs, reports, and workflows to make Frappe apps more powerful.
  • Help manage Frappe Cloud deployments — handling site migrations, scaling, and monitoring.
  • Use AWS (EC2, S3, RDS, IAM, VPC) and Kubernetes to keep things running reliably.
  • Automate deployments and configs with Ansible and improve our CI/CD pipelines.

What We're Looking For :

  • Solid experience developing with Frappe/ERPNext.
  • Strong skills in Python, JavaScript, HTML, CSS (and ideally Vue.js).
  • Familiarity with how Frappe works under the hood (bench, sites, apps).
  • Hands-on experience with AWS and a basic understanding of Kubernetes.
  • Some exposure to Ansible or other automation tools.
  • Comfortable working in Linux environments and with Git-based workflows.

Bonus points if you:

  • Have run multi-tenant ERPNext setups.
  • Know Docker and monitoring tools like Prometheus or Grafana.
  • Hold an AWS or Kubernetes certification.
