Job Description :Key Responsibilities :- Design, develop, and customize ERPNext applications tailored to the specific requirements of internal stakeholders.- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including consultants and stakeholders, to build robust and efficient ERP solutions.- Translate business requirements into scalable and maintainable technical solutions.- Develop custom modules, features, and enhancements within the ERPNext platform using Frappe framework.- Integrate ERPNext with third-party applications and other systems to optimize data flow and business processes.- Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure code quality, performance, and adherence to best practices.- Develop and execute comprehensive testing strategies to maintain solution stability and reliability.- Maintain detailed technical documentation including code comments, technical specifications, and deployment guides.- Collaborate effectively with project managers, consultants, QA teams, and other stakeholders to deliver successful projects.- Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and ERPNext platform advancements to drive continuous improvements and Skills and Qualifications :- 4 to 10 years of professional experience as a Frappe Developer with hands-on experience in ERPNext customization.- Strong proficiency in Frappe framework development.- Expertise in front-end technologies : JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap, HTML, and CSS.- Experience with version control systems, preferably Git.- Solid problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with internal stakeholders and team members.Preferred Qualifications :- Prior experience working in ERPNext implementation or support projects.- Familiarity with Python and backend Frappe framework Knowledge of database management and SQL.
