Role and Responsibilities:

As a Key Account Manager (B2B) and Growth Manager, your key role will involve:

Account Management:

Oversee and manage the B2B relationships with educational institutions like colleges and universities.

Ensure consistent engagement and smooth communication with clients.

Business Growth & Expansion:

Take ownership of growth in your designated region (Delhi/NCR, Pune, Bangalore, etc.).

Work on strategies to onboard new clients (colleges & universities) and ensure sustainable growth.

Proactively identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing accounts.

Onboarding New Colleges and Universities:

Lead the onboarding process of new educational institutions.

Help institutions understand how our platform can enhance their services.

Manage and support the institutions during the initial stages of adoption.

Training & Development:

Provide necessary training and support to clients, ensuring they are well-equipped to use the platform.

Maintain and manage CRM systems to track progress, client issues, and feedback.

Performance Tracking & Reporting:

Regularly analyze growth metrics and ensure goals are met.

Share timely updates with internal teams and clients about performance, issues, and opportunities.
