What you need to have:Experience of the end-to-end investment performance measurement and attribution process.Thorough understanding of the data sets needed for investment performance measurement and attribution.Hands on experience with the data life cycle related to performance; from initial receipt of data, through ingestion, DQ and population/hydration of database/warehouse to the configuration of calculations and reports to communicate investment performance.Deep understanding of the conceptual foundations of investment portfolio performance measurement, attribution, appraisal, and GIPS standards.Strong technical skills - SQL in particular.Ability to communicate complex issues in a simple and coherent manner.

What makes you stand out?Knowledge and experience gained in implementing financial data solutions in particular Eagle and FactSet.Industry qualifications - CFA or CIPM.Willingness to support and mentor colleagues.

We will rely on you to:Be the lead analyst for data projects related to investment performance.Address issues that arise in the day-to-day production of investment performance data.Provide expert level understanding of the data management, performance calculation and reporting capabilities of Mercer’s vendor applications.Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to ensure that data is trusted and performance ready.Provide deep domain expertise related to investment performance measurement and attribution.Work with business teams to put together actionable requirements for development teams and collaborate closely with the technology team to deliver solutions.
