Senior Manager - Investments (OCIO – Private Markets – Investment Solutions)

We will count on you to:Liaise with external stakeholders such as fund administrators, investment managers, and auditors.Develop and drive process improvement initiatives to enhance quality and efficiency.Play an important role in a new team, working closely with colleagues in other locations.Support the valuation of the fundsReview financial statements and fund reports.Execute investor capital calls and distributions.Contribute to the cash management process of the funds.Manage investor communications via client team.Assist the onboarding team with new investor closings.Support the audit of the funds.Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including investment teams, portfolio management, legal & compliance, and technology.Act as a peer reviewer and mentor for junior colleaguesBuild and maintain new manager relationships; serve as lead relationship manager on investment manager and client relationships as required

What you need to have:Bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance, Economics, Management, Mathematics, Engineering, or a similar field.CAIA, CFA charterholder or any progress towards it would be preferred.Experience in Big4, or asset management within a leading administrator and/or fund manager (8-10 years' experience) with a basic understanding of core fund operations, including fund accounting, middle office & TA is preferred.Knowledge of private markets asset classes, including Private Equity, Private Debt, Infrastructure, and Real Estate is preferred.Working knowledge of Accounting, Valuation and Reconciliation treatment for different private markets asset classesProactive and outcome orientated with the ability to work well as part of a team and develop positive working relationships across the organizationPositive and proactive attitude.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Ability to thrive in a dynamic, high-performing team, supporting colleagues while managing. your own tasks and projects.
