Expansion Desk is hiring Business Development Manager - Digital Marketing Services Job Title : Business Development Manager - Digital Marketing Services Location: Remote Salary: INR 50,000 Per Month Job Type: Full-time Mon to Fri Timings: ( US Shift) 7:00pm to 3:00am IST English Proficiency: Excellent (Written + Spoken) Experience Level: 5+ Years & Proven Results Tools: i5 Computer, Strong WiFi, Mic, Speakers, Proper Workspace The ideal candidate: A confident, people-oriented professional who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and driving growth within established accounts. What we’re looking for: Strong communication and interpersonal skills Experience in web and digital marketing Ability to identify upselling opportunities and manage client expectations A proactive, detail-oriented, and goal-driven approach Pre-existing B2B relationships are an asset What you will do: Manage and grow assigned client accounts through consistent communication and relationship-building Identify and propose opportunities to expand client services, including SEO, PPC, web design, and social media solutions Understand and act on customer needs to ensure satisfaction and retention Monitor client performance and provide actionable insights Conduct web and SEO audits to uncover areas for improvement and present upgrade opportunities Basic skills you need to have: Communication & interpersonal skills Problem solving abilities Presentation, organization, & time management skills What you have: Successful experience as an Account Manager Proficiency in technology as well as social media Excellent selling, negotiation, and communication skills Excellent relationship management skills Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing, Business Management, Big Data or a related field preferred and/or relevant experience; the degree is a nice to have but not required; the experience is what we are looking for.
