About Us :

At Foundation AI, we are looking for a Senior Software Engineer (full-stack) with 3-6 years of work experience and an Excellent Problem Solver and proficient coder, strong in Data Structures and algorithms. Should have Adaptability and willingness to learn new tools/languages.


They should possess good communication skills, a positive attitude, and a drive to learn. As a Full Stack Developer at Foundation AI, you will play a crucial role in our dynamic team. We seek a skilled professional with 3-6 years of work experience, proficient in Python and React JS.

Responsibilities :

  • Integrating applications with messaging systems such as RabbitMQ and databases, particularly PostgreSQL
  • Write well-documented, reliable, and maintainable Python and ReactJS code
  • Produce good quality low-level designs.
  • Understanding of high-level design documentation.
  • Translate designs and wireframes into high-quality code
  • Should be able to build REST API, design, and implementation.
  • Should be able to adopt Agile/Scrum environments and work on Agile software methodology.
  • Should be able to deploy/debug code on Kubernetes & Dockers environment and use cloud services like AWS, Azure
  • Developing and implementing highly responsive user interface components using React, Webpack, Enzyme, Redux, and Flux
  • Monitoring and improving front-end performance
  • Should be able to do Code review and documentation and incorporate all code review comments from peers and leads.
  • Estimation for all new work within a 20% variation against actuals using story points.
Qualifications (Must Have) :

Technical Skills :
  • In-depth knowledge of JavaScript, CSS, HTML, front-end languages, Python, and related libraries.
  • Experience in Flask / FastAPI
  • Linux/Unix proficiency
  • Experience with debugging complex applications
  • Experience with creating/consuming RESTful web services
  • Should have exposure to React and Redux
  • Proficient in versioning systems like Git
  • Building scalable applications, including knowledge of building asynchronous REST APIs and exposure to message queues such as RabbitMQ
  • Knowledge about unit testing, code coverage, and code quality
  • Docker and Git knowledge
  • Experience in Relational database (PostgreSQL) and ORM (SQLAlchemy)
  • Experience in writing LLDs
Qualifications (Good to have) :

Technical Skills :
  • Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) skills.
  • Work experience in Celery.
  • Experience with browser-based debugging and performance-testing software
  • Experience in IDEs like Visual Studio Code
  • Knowledge of testing frameworks like Protractor, Jest, etc
Education :
  • A B.Tech degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience relevant to the functional area.
  • 3-6 Years of experience in building enterprise systems in Python, HTML, JavaScript, SQL, XML, Web Services, and related technologies.
Interview Process :

Technical Interview : If shortlisted, you'll have an initial interview with our hiring manager. This is an opportunity for us to get to know you better and for you to learn more about the role and the company. The hiring Manager will also ask you technical questions to evaluate your technical skills and problem-solving abilities.

Technical Interview 2 : You will have a technical discussion with the panel to evaluate your technical skills and problem-solving abilities.

On-Site Interview : Depending on the circumstances, an on-site interview might be conducted further to assess your fit for the role and team culture. (For Candidates based in Hyderabad)

Final Interview : A final interview with senior leadership to discuss your background, accomplishments, and alignment with Foundation AI's goals and values.

Offer : Successful candidates will receive a formal proposal outlining compensation, benefits, and other details.
