We're an expanding tech company seeking a skilled Frontend Support Executive to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities: What You'll Do:
- Provide timely and effective chat support to customers, addressing queries and resolving issues.
- Assist customers with minor frontend customizations on our platform in real-time.
- Troubleshoot and solve frontend-related issues quickly and efficiently.
- Work closely with our UI/UX team to ensure that user-facing elements meet customer expectations.
- Document frequent customer issues and collaborate with the development team for larger enhancements.
What You'll Need:
- Willingness to work in night shifts, as the role requires coverage across different time zones.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for quick, customer-focused frontend adjustments.
- Experience in a customer support or similar frontend support role.
- Familiarity with Shopify or similar eCommerce platforms is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical details clearly to non-technical users.
- Problem-solving skills with a focus on finding effective, real-time solutions.
