Responsibilities :

Sales Activities:

  • Make regular calls
  • Estimate customer’s potential needs
  • Sell the product
  • Handle questions and objections
  • Check stock and identify possible product uses

Serving functions:

  • Report product weaknesses and complaints
  • Handle requests for credit
  • Analyze local conditions for customer

Territory Management:

  • Arrange route for best coverage
  • Establish and maintain customer database
  • Maintain sales portfolios, samples

Sales Promotion:

  • Develop new prospects and accounts
  • Distribute company and product information
  • Present survey reports, layouts and proposals

Executive Activities:

  • Develop monthly and weekly work plan
  • Each night make a daily work plan for the next day
  • Organize field activity for minimum and maximum calls
  • Prepare and submit special reports on trends and competition
  • Investigate lost sales and the reason for the loss
  • Prepare reports on developments, trends, new objectives, and new ways to meet objectives
  • Attend sales meetings
  • Build prospect list
  • Prepare and submit statistical data required by the main office
  • Collect credit information
  • Analyze work plans to determine which goals were not met and why

Goodwill:

  • Counsel customers on their problems
  • Maintain loyalty and respect for the company
  • Attend sales meetings held by customers
  • Build relationships with channel partners


Qualifications:

  • Proven two to three years experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar role, preferably in the luggage or related industry.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
