Lascade is a fast-growing mobile app studio building a diverse portfolio of subscription-based apps across health, travel, utilities, and education. We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist to drive user acquisition and growth through data-driven strategies and bold, creative advertising. What You'll Do: Run and scale paid campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) , Google Ads (UAC, Search, Display) , Tik Tok Ads , and more. Work with the product and creative teams to develop high-performing ad creatives —both static and video. Own performance dashboards and reporting (GA, Firebase, Apps Flyer, MMPs). Optimize campaigns based on KPIs such as CPA, ROAS, CTR, retention, and LTV. Conduct A/B tests on ad creatives, landing pages, and funnel experiences. Stay updated on platform algorithms, targeting hacks, and performance benchmarks. What We're Looking For: Solid experience running ROI-driven paid campaigns in the mobile app space. Familiarity with tools like Firebase, Google Analytics and MMPs A strong creative mindset with knowledge of what makes thumb-stopping ad content. Ability to analyze and interpret campaign data quickly and effectively. Self-driven, analytical, and results-oriented mindset.
