Role: Mechanical Design EngineerJob Location: Malad West, MumbaiResponsibilities:- Design and develop 3D CAD models for products across industries using plastics, sheet metal, weldments, and machined parts.- Create detailed 2D drawings for manufacturing.- Set up and perform basic FEA analysis.- Apply creative problem-solving in product development.- Collaborate effectively within a team and contribute to project success.- Handle detailed engineering of complex components.- Communicate project updates clearly in English with clients.Qualifications:- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.- Proficient in 3D modeling, preferably using SolidWorks (certification or formal training is a plus).- Familiar with manufacturing processes like injection molding, sheet metal fabrication, welding, 3D printing, and thermoforming.- Experience in machine design is a plus.- Skilled in creating manufacturing-ready 2D drawings.- Experience in team coordination and project delivery.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.- B.E. in Mechanical Engineering.- Experience with Siemens NX is an advantage.- Self-driven, with a strong sense of urgency and a passion for design.
