Key Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy & Brand Management:

Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, customer engagement, and business growth.Ensure brand consistency across all platforms and marketing materials, maintaining Crown Vet's professional and trusted image.Work closely with internal teams and agencies to drive integrated marketing campaigns.

Public Relations (PR) & Media Coordination:

Build and maintain relationships with media houses, journalists, and influencers to secure press coverage and media placements.Manage PR campaigns for new clinic launches, key events, and brand milestones.Oversee press release creation, media outreach, and brand storytelling initiatives.

Event Management & Clinic Launches:

Plan and execute events, including clinic launches, brand activations, pet adoption drives, and client engagement initiatives.Coordinate with vendors, sponsors, and partners to ensure seamless event execution.Manage event marketing, promotions, and post-event impact analysis.

Social Media & Digital Marketing Coordination:

Oversee the social media agency's deliverables, ensuring alignment with brand objectives.Plan and review monthly social media calendars, campaigns, and performance reports.Drive influencer collaborations, social media contests, and audience engagement strategies.

Customer Engagement:

Develop and execute customer retention initiatives, including referral programs and exclusive loyalty benefits.Monitor customer feedback and online reviews, ensuring timely responses and issue resolution.Work with the operations team to enhance customer experience through marketing-driven initiatives.

Merchandise & Vendor Coordination:

Manage the development and distribution of branded merchandise for clients and events.Identify and collaborate with vendors for marketing collateral, promotional items, and clinic branding materials.Ensure timely production and quality control of all marketing assets.

Market Research & Performance Analysis:

Conduct competitor research, market analysis, and customer insights to refine marketing strategies.Track key performance indicators (KPIs) for campaigns and marketing initiatives, providing data-driven recommendations.Collaborate with the marketing agency to evaluate campaign effectiveness and identify areas of improvement.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.3-4 years of experience in marketing, PR, event management, or brand communications.Strong knowledge of digital marketing, PR, and social media trends.Excellent organizational and project management skills.Proficiency in Canva or similar design tools is a plus.Ability to handle multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment.Passion for pets and commitment to Crown Vet's mission of delivering exceptional veterinary care.
