Inside Sales Executive
to join our growing team in
Dehradun
and help us drive customer engagement and revenue growth.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Engage with potential customers through calls, emails, and online platforms
- Qualify and follow up on leads generated via marketing campaigns
- Understand client needs and present appropriate product/service solutions
- Maintain accurate records of interactions in our CRM
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to optimize outreach efforts
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets
What We're Looking For:
- 1–3 years of experience in inside sales, telesales, or business development
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Confidence in engaging and influencing decision-makers
- Proficiency in using CRM tools (like HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, etc.)
- A proactive and self-motivated attitude
