About the role
Reckitt has a Data and Analytics (D&A) focused on leveraging core information assets to better equip markets to improve their decisions and optimize their actions through the use of improved data, insights and advanced analytics The D&A team consists of five (6) key areas of expertise: Platform & Architecture, Data Science, Data Engineering, Data Visualisation, Governance and Strategy & Operations.
Your responsibilities
Focus on driving DataOps to speed up the process of deriving value from data by building automation within the data pipeline to ensure data quality is constantly maintained via DataOps best practices while treating the Data Platform as a Product Builds automated capabilities to deliver fault tolerant, self-healing, adaptive and highly accurate data pipelines Designs, develops, & optimizes the delivery of Data Platform Services/Frameworks, in terms of both throughput and quality, by promoting and embedding DevOps and DataOps tools and processes, and agile delivery methods as appropriate. Serves as a subject matter expert for DataOps, and partner with functional experts across the company to bring that expertise to bear on some of the hardest and most exciting problems in this space
The experience we're looking for
Bachelors degree in Computer Science with a focus in Data Engineering.
Extensive experience with Azure and GCP platforms
Experience with DevOps tools and concepts (e.g. Jira, GitLabs / Jenkins / Azure DevOps Experience with agile development in Python Experience with dbt Experience with Databricks
