Job Description: US IT Recruiter (1-3 Years Experience)

We are seeking a motivated US IT Recruiter with 1-3 years of experience specializing in US-based IT talent acquisition. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the US IT job market, excellent sourcing skills, and the ability to manage the end-to-end recruitment process for technical roles.

Responsibilities:

∙Source, screen, and interview candidates for various IT positions across the US .

∙Collaborate with managers to understand job requirements .

∙Manage candidate pipelines and maintain ATS data accuracy .

∙Coordinate interview schedules and facilitate communication between candidates and hiring teams .

∙Negotiate offers and assist with onboarding processes .

∙Stay updated on industry trends and competitive talent market .

Requirements:

∙3-4 years of experience in US IT recruiting .

∙Proven track record of successfully filling technical roles .

∙Strong knowledge of sourcing tools, job boards, and social media recruiting strategies .

∙Excellent communication and interpersonal skills .

∙Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple requisitions

simultaneously.

∙Thorough knowledge of US work visa categories .

∙Complete understanding of various US tax terms related to employment types.
