Job Overview
We are looking for a skilled Sales Manager with 7 to 10 years of experience to join our team at Xpheno. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and achieving revenue targets. This is a full-time position based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. The successful candidate should have expertise in customer relationship management, communication training, business development, and sales process. If you have a strong sales background and are passionate about building relationships with clients, we would love to hear from you.
Qualifications and Skills
- Senior: 7-15 years of experience in sales, preferably in the technology industry
- Location - Bangalore,Pune,Delhi,Chennai
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
- Demonstrated business development and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in sales processes and techniques
- Good understanding of B2B sales
- Self-motivated and target-driven
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field
Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and revenue targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in order to identify their needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Lead and manage a team of sales representatives, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their targets
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for business growth
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure alignment and maximize sales effectiveness
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts, analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and continuously enhance knowledge of products and services
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals with clients
- Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the sales process
