Job Overview


We are looking for a skilled Sales Manager with 7 to 10 years of experience to join our team at Xpheno. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and achieving revenue targets. This is a full-time position based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. The successful candidate should have expertise in customer relationship management, communication training, business development, and sales process. If you have a strong sales background and are passionate about building relationships with clients, we would love to hear from you.


Qualifications and Skills


  • Senior: 7-15 years of experience in sales, preferably in the technology industry
  • Location - Bangalore,Pune,Delhi,Chennai
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) systems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team
  • Demonstrated business development and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in sales processes and techniques
  • Good understanding of B2B sales
  • Self-motivated and target-driven
  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and revenue targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in order to identify their needs and provide appropriate solutions
  • Lead and manage a team of sales representatives, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their targets
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for business growth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure alignment and maximize sales effectiveness
  • Prepare sales reports and forecasts, analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and continuously enhance knowledge of products and services
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales deals with clients
  • Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the sales process
