We are looking for a practical, outcome-oriented Sales Trainer who can help our business development team improve their sales effectivenessnot just in processes, but in conversations that move people.
Your job is to teach and guide our team to sell more confidently, more emotionally, and with higher conversion, especially to MSMEs, mid-market companies, and international prospects.
This role is less about frameworks and more about how to sell real value with clarity, empathy, and courage.
Responsibilities
- Train sales team members (telecallers, closers, and BD reps) to handle real-world objections with logic and empathy
- Help refine sales narratives and offer framing to make our services more relatable and valuable
- Conduct regular coaching sessions (mock calls, objection drills, pitch sharpening)
- Improve our team's ability to identify customer emotional drivers (trust, fear, legacy, control)
- Support the creation of conversion-first messaging, not just activity-based performance
- Review and guide customer-facing conversations, presentations, and proposals to ensure alignment with value-driven selling
What We're Looking For
- 5–12 years of real experience in hardcore selling (insurance, B2B solutions, education, telecom, FMCG distribution, industrial products, etc.)
- Not just a trainer—but someone who has sold under pressure, to tough buyers
- Ability to explain things in simple Hindi + English, and guide team members of varied experience levels
- Comfort working with business owners, sales engineers, and team leads
- A strong sense of common sense + emotional intelligence in conversations
- Clarity in communication—without jargon, without overpromising
Bonus (Not Mandatory)
- Experience in consultative B2B sales or service-led selling
- Exposure to coaching junior salespeople or call center reps
- Understanding of MSME behavior or founder-led businesses
- Willingness to contribute to scripts, sales SOPs, or sales playbooks
