We are looking for Sr. Manager- Bids & Sales
You’ll make a difference by
Bids & Sales responsible for MainlineSignaling & Electronic Interlockingin Indian Railway Market Understand the customer requirements fromTenders/RFP/RFI Preparation of technical appropriate andcost-effective solutions. Preparation of cost estimates of technicalsolutions for project-based business Pricing benchmarking for Mainline signalingbids Cashflow analysis Collaborating across the various teams inoffering solutions to customers Pricing recommendations to management Marketing scanning & opportunityidentification Involvement in preparation of business plansfor the new products/ existing products Maintenance of opportunity forecast in CRMtool Preparation of JV/ Consortium agreements forbids Preparing timely and comprehensive offers orquotations. Preparing offers & doing quotationsstandardization & competence development. Ensuring all proposals follow relevant Siemensprocedures and guidelines, rationalizing terms and conditions. Preparing the list of technical deviations andclarifications. Preparing comments to customer’s technicalspecifications including relevant documents related to bid submission.Desired Skills:
You have master’s degree inengineering or equivalent. You carry 9 to 12 years of experiencein relevant position. Ensuring compliance to qualitystandards and adherence to Siemens process Presentation to Management ofbusiness cases Technical presentations tocustomers at different forums Price negotiations withcustomer and order closing Meeting monthly, quarterly andyearly sales targetsJoin usand be yourself
