Your primary responsibility will be ensure that our proposals comply with the bid/tender requirements. Key functions include but are not limited to: Extracting documentation requirements from RFP’s & TendersPreparing and coordinating compliance documentationTrack and coordinate team member contributions to proposalsMaintain proposal templatesMaintain client and project referencesComplete Vendor onboarding requirements with our clientsMaintain and update Vendor Risk Assessments with our clientsContribute to leadership dashboards and management reports, as well as other ad hoc requests for presentationsFollow standardised proposal processes Skills required:Highly organised task masterAttention to detail and qualityOutstanding oral and written communications skillsAdvanced Microsoft Word & PowerPoint SkillsAbility to develop relationships at all levels of an organisationAbility to multitask on projects Qualifications / Certifications required:Undergraduate Degree (e.G, BA, BS) or equivalent experience
