We're expanding our global footprint and are seeking an experienced International Sales & Marketing Head to spearhead our marketing and sales strategy across diverse markets.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• MBA in Marketing or relevant qualification

• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in B2B / Industrial Sales & Marketing

• In-depth knowledge of starch/sago product applications

• Experience in international trade and export marketing

• Strong network in Textile, Food, Pharma, and Paper industries

• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills

• Willing to travel extensively (domestic & overseas)

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement global sales & marketing strategies for starch products

• Identify, engage, and grow international distributor/partner networks

• Build strong B2B pipelines across priority industry verticals

• Lead branding, packaging, and digital marketing initiatives

• Represent the company in international trade fairs, expos, and delegations

• Work closely with the production, QC, and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery & quality

• Manage marketing budgets, performance metrics, and ROI-based reporting

• Handle key global accounts and ensure customer satisfaction
