About the Role:
Manager (Equivalent to a VP / AVP in peer firms) - Chief Operating Office - Real Estate and Facilities Planning.
Responsibilities:
- Managing and optimizing the company’s office space across multiple locations
- Strategic planning, project management, and regular interaction with various business units
- Leading the planning and execution of future office space projects
- Analyzing commercial proposals and contracts from vendors
- Regularly tracking headcount forecasts and office utilization rates
- Ensuring optimal allocation of office spaces, cabins, and seats among business units
- Engaging in effective communication and alignment on office space planning with various departments
- Engaging with real estate consultants, aggregators, and vendors
- Working closely with Administration and business teams to oversee the allocation and utilization of seats and office spaces
Qualifications:
8-12 years of experience in project or program management within Administrative or similar operations roles
Required Skills:
- Professional certifications or equivalent proven experience in competencies such as PMP, Business Process Modelling, and Lean Six Sigma
- Proficiency in project management tools, service management tools, and Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel)
- Excellent negotiation, leadership, and communication skills
- Experience in project-specific budget planning (modelling)
- Robust background in real estate, facilities management, and project management
