Core Responsibilities
- Lead Generation:Research and identify potential customers through various channels, including online searches, social media, networking, and cold outreach.
- Client Engagement:Contact prospects, build relationships, and understand their needs to tailor product and service presentations.
- Sales Presentations:Effectively demonstrate product features and benefits to persuade clients to make a purchase.
- Negotiation and Closing:Negotiate pricing and terms to finalize sales agreements and close deals that meet both customer and company goals.
- Client Relationship Management:Maintain strong, lasting relationships with existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and encouraging repeat business and referrals.
- Market Research:Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
- Sales Pipeline Management:Track customer interactions, update sales records in CRM systems, and provide regular reports on sales activities and results.
