JOB OVERVIEW -:

Your role would be of a Sales Counsellor who would be required to sell the training programs of NIIT pertaining to IT industry . As a Sales Counsellor , you would be expected to counsel the prospects effectively for the programs whereby ensuring that the prospect enrolls for the program which is most suitable to his/ her profile and need. You shall be designated as Sr. Sales Counsellor.


Job Responsibility -:

1. Calling & Following up with potential NIIT learners to propagate NIIT’s mission of providing career advancement opportunities.

2. Owning the complete sales closing life cycle for leads assigned to you. This includes Interest creation, product demonstration, sales closing, and post sales relationship management.

3. Maintaining a constant communication channel with leads through phone, email, chat, and social media during the pre- and post-sales processes.

4. Maintaining a detailed record of all the interaction.
