Key Responsibilities:●

End-to-End Payroll Management -Oversee the complete payroll process for the organization, ensuring timely and accurate salary disbursement.●

Keka Payroll Expertise -Utilize Keka payroll system to manage employee records, process payroll, generate reports, and ensure compliance.●

Compliance & Statutory Deductions -Ensure adherence to all statutory regulations (PF, ESI, TDS, Income Tax, etc and managing all payroll-related statutory filings and documentation.●

Payroll Reporting & Analytics -Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual payroll reports & analyzing payroll data for insights and ensure budget adherence.●

Coordination -Collaborate with HR, Finance, and other departments to ensure seamless integration of payroll data. ●

Audit & Compliance Reviews -Conduct internal payroll audits and ensure compliance with regulatory bodies.●

Process Improvement -Identify areas for process improvements in payroll procedures, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.

Key Qualifications:●

Experience:

5-6 years of payroll management experience.●

Keka Payroll Expertise:

Minimum 18 months of recent experience using Keka Payroll (mandatory).●

Compliance Knowledge:

Strong knowledge of statutory regulations, including PF, ESI, and TDS.●

Analytical Skills:

Proficient in generating and analyzing payroll reports.●

Confidentiality:

Ability to handle sensitive employee data with integrity.
