Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Executive, located in Ahmedabad. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for overseeing HR operations, managing employee relations, developing and implementing HR policies, and ensuring compliance with HR standards. Daily tasks include conducting interviews, onboarding new employees, managing employee records, handling employee grievances, and conducting performance reviews.

Qualifications

  • Experience in HR Management and Human Resources (HR)
  • Strong skills in overseeing HR Operations and HR Policies
  • Proficiency in managing Employee Relations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Experience in the advertising or events industry is a plus
